About the role
Foteino Talento is an HR consultancy firm and co-working space based in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are looking for experienced independent consultants to join us on project-based engagements. These roles support complex consulting delivery and operating model design across Nigeria and selected African markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements by coordinating workstreams, timelines, dependencies, quality assurance, and client handover.
- Integrate specialist contributions while maintaining clear accountability, professional standards, and scope boundaries.
- Independently lead operating model diagnostics and design workstreams, translating business strategy into capabilities and operating arrangements.
- Facilitate executive discussions and present evidence-based findings, recommendations, and design trade-offs.
Requirements
- Proven ownership of operating model diagnostics or defined operating model design workstreams.
- Demonstrable experience independently leading complex consulting engagements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to defend recommendations, respond to professional challenge, and collaborate with other specialists.
- Sound professional judgment, confidentiality, and quality assurance practices.
