About the role
Hyde Energy Limited is a trading company operating in Nigeria, specializing in the import and export of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and clean petroleum products. The company has expanded its portfolio to include crude oil, refined products, and dry bulk commodities, serving clients across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and international locations. We are seeking a Senior E&I Inspector (Onshore) to join our team in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Inspect materials, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and sign off Inspection and Test Reports (ITRs).
- Prepare daily inspection and QAQC reports.
- Monitor onshore fabrication and offshore installation activities.
- Witness welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), coating, pressure testing, and dimensional control.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of ISO, API, DNV, and ASME codes.
- Valid BOSIET, OSP, and offshore medical fitness certificate.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP III, NDT Level II, or CSWIP Plant Inspection certification (as applicable to the role).
- Strong HSSE awareness and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
