As a Senior Content Designer, you will craft clear and engaging content that guides users through financial products. You will play a key role in shaping the brand voice and ensuring a seamless customer journey across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit user-focused content, including UI text, labels, and instructional copy.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to frame products and features effectively.
- Provide UX writing guidance to UI designers to optimize customer flow journeys.
- Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to ensure content compliance with industry standards.
- Act as a tone of voice consultant and provide guidance across all communications.
- Conduct customer research to validate content design decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX writer or copywriter.
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Extensive professional copywriting experience demonstrated in a portfolio.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and how content influences user behavior.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and Agile project management tools like Workfront.
- Experience in fintech or the tech industry is preferred.
