You will lead a team of chemical engineers, drive product development, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This hybrid role is based in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the chemical engineering team, setting goals and defining priorities.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced chemical processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Preferred: Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, experience with process simulation software, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
