About the role
Riba-X is a social commerce marketplace that helps sellers grow their businesses and allows buyers to discover products, services, and opportunities. We are looking for a motivated Seller / Buyer Onboarding Agent to join our team in Lagos. This is a field-based position focused on connecting sellers with potential customers to help them showcase products and reach new markets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with people to onboard sellers and buyers onto the platform.
- Submit daily reports on activities and progress.
- Meet daily targets through fieldwork.
- Help sellers showcase products and reach new markets.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and submit daily reports.
- Good communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with people.
- Basic smartphone and internet skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and daily targets.
- Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
