Joefelin Resources is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to join their team in Alimosho, Lagos. This is a full-time position focused on maintaining safety standards and managing security personnel.
Responsibilities
- Supervise security shifts by assigning daily tasks, deploying guards, and managing work schedules.
- Monitor team performance through daily briefings, attendance checks, and ensuring professional conduct.
- Train new hires on safety policies, emergency protocols, and customer service standards.
- Oversee security technology, including CCTV, alarm systems, and electronic access controls.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest areas, public spaces, parking lots, and back-of-house zones.
- Identify safety hazards such as broken locks or fire risks and coordinate immediate fixes with maintenance.
