About the role
Future Moves Recruitment Agency (FMR Agency) is recruiting on behalf of a reputable school in Orisumbare, Lagos. The School Curriculum Developer will oversee curriculum, assessment, and examination activities across Preschool, Primary, and Secondary School levels. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of N120,000 – N150,000.
Responsibilities
- Vet examination questions and scripts.
- Set and review test and examination questions.
- Coordinate the preparation and printing of examination materials.
- Review and update curriculum and academic materials.
- Prepare academic reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Review teachers’ academic records and lesson notes.
- Follow up with teachers on assigned academic tasks to ensure timely submission.
- Work with teachers and management to resolve academic and curriculum-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a school environment.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teachers and carry the team along.
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional maturity.
- Ability to listen to and handle feedback or concerns professionally.
- Patient, teachable, proactive, and dedicated to assigned responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
