About the role
Olam Agri is a global agri-business focused on food, feed, and fiber. They are looking for a SAP Controller to join the Integrated Feed & Protein team in Ilorin, Kwara State. This role is part of the Information Technology department and involves ensuring the smooth operation of SAP systems across Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and 3 SAP application support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues and user queries.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Manage SAP incidents and service requests according to SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead the Level 1 application support team in a manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate with business users, vendors, and internal IT teams for enhancements.
- Drive medium-to-large scale SAP projects from initiation to completion.
- Analyze data to generate management reports for decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP applications.
- Proven experience managing Level 1 application support in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data analysis and management reporting.
- Demonstrated experience leading IT projects, particularly within SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools is a plus.
