About the role
TeamAce Limited is hiring a Salon Manager for a reputable organization in the Fashion & Wellness sector. This full-time position is based in Lekki, Lagos. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficient service delivery and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate salon staff, including schedules, performance, and training.
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling enquiries, feedback, and bookings.
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, inventory, and salon supplies.
- Drive customer retention and business growth through promotions and upselling.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in salon management, beauty/wellness, or hospitality.
- Proven experience managing staff, operations, customer service, and sales.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of salon operations, inventory management, and service quality.
- Professional, well-presented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
