About the role
Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is a leading Non-Banking Financial Intermediary and Equipment Leasing firm in Nigeria, licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Lead to guide and motivate a team of Sales Executives. This full-time position is available in Abuja (FCT), Ogun, Osun, and Oyo.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance management to Sales Executives.
- Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to boost sales performance.
- Monitor team productivity to ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- Drive the acquisition and growth of salary loans and investments.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading a sales team in loan sales.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in loan sales, with significant expertise in Salary Loan sales.
- Minimum qualification of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
