About the role
TeamAce Limited is hiring a Sales Team Lead for a reputable organization in the Climate Technology sector. Based in Maryland, Lagos, this full-time position focuses on driving the sales of mobile phones and renewable energy products. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong business relationships, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sale of company mobile phone and renewable energy products within the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, direct marketing, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads to convert opportunities into sales.
- Monitor market activities and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor trends.
- Work with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail, renewable energy, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) sales model is an added advantage.
