About the role
Hello Products is an African personal and home care company based in Lagos State, Nigeria, and a member of Jagal Investments. We develop, manufacture, and distribute high-quality personal and home care products that support healthier lives and safer homes across Africa. We are currently seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative duties for the sales team.
- Provide necessary data and reports to the sales team.
- Respond to inquiries and complaints via phone and WhatsApp.
- Track sales targets and provide sales data to other departments.
- Compile, compare, and compute weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Compare competitor prices to prepare prevailing SKU price lists.
- Compare monthly sales targets against the achievements of RSMs, Supervisors, and IMOs.
- Prepare monthly sales reviews comparing year-to-date performance against targets for all SKUs by volume and value.
- Manage Key Distributorship agreements, including preparation, dispatch, and documentation.
- Prepare and dispatch Key Distributor self-collection agreements and VIP Scheme loyalty letters.
- Prepare and document Key Distributor extra bonus letters.
- Monitor monthly Key Distributor sales performance.
- Prepare and check HOS float.
- Prepare and upload monthly sales data (KD, IMO, and Van sellout) on Orion.
- Prepare and document new price lists and sales team incentive schemes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
