About the role
Smartflow Technologies is a leading provider of flow and level automation solutions in Nigeria. The company specializes in the supply, installation, and support of fuelling systems, including pumps and dispensers. They are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their team in Ojodu Berger, Lagos, on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer data in ERP and CRM systems.
- Prepare sales quotations, orders, and ERP reports.
- Monitor daily sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing bids and proposals.
- Collate and prepare sales reports.
- Verify data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Prepare project costing documents.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in any discipline.
- Compulsory knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn new tools.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
