About the role
Fadac Resources and Services is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their retail team in Lagos. As the face of the store, you will help customers find the right products and deliver excellent service. This is a full-time position that involves working shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain product knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and keep the sales floor clean and presentable.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Support inventory counts and store opening/closing procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when needed.
