About the role
Fadac Resources and Services Limited is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join their team in Lagos. This full-time position focuses on the paper packaging and corrugated carton industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong business relationships. The role offers a net monthly salary between ₦300,000 and ₦700,000.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the paper packaging sector.
- Promote and sell corrugated cartons, kraft paper, and related products.
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct field visits, negotiate sales, and achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor customer orders and coordinate deliveries with internal teams.
- Follow up on payments, outstanding receivables, and customer enquiries.
- Track market trends and prepare sales reports.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in corrugated carton manufacturing or industrial packaging.
- Proven B2B sales, customer acquisition, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel for client visits.
