About the role
JMG Limited is a diversified electro-mechanical solution provider with over 25 years of experience in Africa. We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes and support our Commercial team. This full-time position is based in Ibadan, Oyo.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory, orders, and sales documentation.
- Manage sales data, CRM records, and reporting systems.
- Optimize sales processes and operational workflows.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with sales teams and other departments.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
- Monitor sales performance, targets, and KPIs.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant sales operations experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of sales reporting, forecasting, and KPI management.
