About the role
Human Capital Partners (HCP) is recruiting a Sales Officer to support a Pension Fund Administrator client. This full-time position is available in multiple locations across Nigeria, including Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Kano, and other states. The role focuses on driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with pension regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into active contributors.
- Contribute to departmental targets and organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Support client onboarding, account opening, and contribution processing.
- Explain pension products, benefits, and regulatory guidelines clearly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities among individuals and organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional certification in marketing, pensions, or finance is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of pension products, retirement planning, and industry regulations.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development in financial services, insurance, or banking.
- Strong networking, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
