About the role
BrandCo Nigeria Limited is a retail company that blends global brand standards with local market expertise. They are hiring for three Sales Officer positions to be based in Abuja (FCT), Lagos, or Rivers. This is a full-time role focused on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable shopping experiences through effective customer engagement.
- Promote brand awareness and product loyalty using your knowledge of the products.
- Maintain product placement and visual merchandising standards.
- Drive sales revenue to meet financial and performance targets.
- Gather accurate market data, customer feedback, and sales trends to inform business decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy to maximize sales and prevent shrinkage.
Requirements
- At least an Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
- 0-1 year of work experience.
- No related industry experience is required, as training will be provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to sell on the shop floor.
- Proximity to the store location of choice is very important.
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
