About the role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth in the building materials sector. You will focus on the roofing sheets market, driving revenue, expanding market share, and enhancing brand visibility. This full-time position is based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and construction companies.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase market share.
- Achieve an annual sales target of 22,613 bundles.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports to management.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet targets.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction or building materials.
- Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing, and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of roofing sheets, building materials, and market development.
- MBA, postgraduate degree, or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
