About the role
Fadac Resources and Services Limited is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales growth for white goods and home appliances. This full-time position is based in Abuja. You will be responsible for managing sales operations for products such as refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners. The role offers a net monthly salary between N400,000 and N600,000.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in white goods or consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, business development, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the Abuja market is an advantage.
