About the role
P.Petrop Solutions Limited is a fast-growing company specializing in the sales, installation, and maintenance of diesel and gas generators, as well as agricultural equipment. We serve industrial, commercial, and residential clients across Nigeria. We are currently hiring for five openings to fill the position of Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value generator deals.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in sectors such as construction, telecom, manufacturing, oil & gas, hospitality, and real estate.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and government institutions.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales follow-up.
Requirements
- 5-12 years’ experience in generator, power, agricultural equipment, or industrial machinery sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of diesel and gas generators (15KVA – 2000KVA preferred).
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
- Experience managing a sales team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
