About the role
Elevare Human Solutions Limited is recruiting a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager for a reputable skincare and haircare brand. You will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure high standards of customer engagement and service delivery. This is a full-time position based in Lekki, by Maruwa, Lagos, with immediate resumption required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements to sales processes.
- Ensure compliance with approved sales procedures and company policies.
- Monitor customer complaints and collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Oversee customer communication on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital sales channels.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, recover missed opportunities, and improve customer retention.
- Manage and supervise Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Hold regular sales meetings, track actions, and provide feedback to management.
- Monitor sales records and customer allocation to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Coach and train the team on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, supervision, or a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and achieve measurable targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent reporting, analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing digital sales channels, particularly WhatsApp and Instagram, is an advantage.
- Must be available for immediate resumption.
