About the role
BA Gladiators Limited is hiring a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive for a luxury fashion fabrics store in Abuja. You will help drive sales, build strong relationships with customers, and manage the store’s online presence. This is a full-time position reporting to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Monitor fabric stock levels and inform the Store Manager about low-stock or popular items.
- Manage the store’s social media pages and other approved digital sales platforms.
- Respond quickly to online enquiries, direct messages, and comments with accurate product details.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, payments, and customer follow-ups.
- Provide detailed information on fabric types, colors, textures, prices, and care instructions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fabric options based on their budget and intended use.
- Create and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, and captions, to showcase fabrics and promotions.
- Drive sales by engaging walk-in customers and converting online enquiries into purchases.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or digital marketing.
- A BSc, HND, or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Knowledge of fashion fabrics or the textile industry is desirable.
- Experience managing social media pages and handling online customer enquiries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic content creation skills, including taking product photos and videos.
- Confidence in selling and converting enquiries into sales.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and professional conduct.
