About the role
ASA Security is a Nigerian company with over 30 years of experience in advanced security technology services. We serve industrial, private, and government sectors. We are looking for a Sales Executive to act as a key point of contact for clients and drive sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Abuja (FCT), reporting to the Director of Security.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the physical security services industry.
- Identify and acquire new clients in high-demand segments such as luxury estates, retail outlets, and corporate offices.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with high-level decision-makers.
- Promote company products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in security services or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of the Abuja market and business environment.
- Strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with residential, corporate, retail, and industrial market segments.
- Integrity, professionalism, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in CRM tools.
