About the role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a Sales Associate to join its luxury perfumery team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This full-time, in-person position focuses on guiding clients through personalized fragrance experiences. You will combine strong product knowledge with exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with high-value clients.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through personalized fragrance experiences using strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
- Manage client relationships effectively using WhatsApp and social media.
- Deliver polished presentations and high-standard luxury customer service.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in luxury or niche fragrance.
- Strong understanding of olfactory families, fragrance notes, and fragrance structure.
- Confidence using WhatsApp and social media for client relationship management.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
