About the role
Nemitt Pharmaceuticals Limited is a Nigerian pharmaceutical company established in 1988. We specialize in the wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products, aiming to improve the supply chain. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in Ojuelegba, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on maximizing sales and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Sell products, restock shelves, and manage merchandising.
- Answer customer questions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Process purchases, manage point-of-sale systems, and handle invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, appointments, and customer complaints.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide detailed information about company products.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in sales, pharmacy, or retail.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Computer literacy.
- Qualification of OND or HND.
- Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Yaba, Ebutemetta, Ajegunle, or Onipan is preferred.
