About the role
Greenbay Healthcare Services Limited is a new generation health maintenance organization dedicated to addressing service delivery challenges in the healthcare industry. We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to help us grow our business, expand our client base, and increase our brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular sales performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales or marketing (healthcare experience is an advantage).
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools is a plus.
