About the role
Skache Integrated Services Limited is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales and Client Service Executive to join their team in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time position is within the Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) sector. You will play a key part in promoting health insurance plans, acquiring new clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s health insurance plans to individuals, corporate organisations, and prospective clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales and increase client acquisition.
- Provide accurate information on HMO plans, benefits, coverage, and enrolment procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance.
- Prepare regular sales and client service reports and work towards assigned targets.
- Liaise with healthcare providers and internal departments to resolve client issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
- Coordinate client registration, enrolment, and updates to membership records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to meet sales targets, manage client expectations, and work independently.
- Experience in an HMO, health insurance, healthcare, or financial services environment is an added advantage.
