About the role
FoliXx Hospitality is a premium entertainment and hospitality company based in Lekki, Lagos, established in 2018. They are looking for a Sales and Client Relationship Executive who is confident, emotionally intelligent, and skilled at connecting with diverse personalities. This role is not about aggressive selling, but about building trust and genuine connections in a sophisticated environment. You will need to be technology-savvy, specifically with AI tools, to improve customer research, communication, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Engage high-value guests to build long-term, genuine relationships.
- Convert relationships into measurable revenue and increased customer spend.
- Understand individual customer preferences and personalities to tailor interactions.
- Maintain professional relationships beyond the venue and drive repeat visits.
- Follow up with customers and reactivate dormant relationships.
- Collaborate with Concierge, Reservations, and the Sales team for a seamless guest experience.
- Manage accurate customer data and relationship intelligence in the CRM.
- Use AI and digital tools to organize follow-ups and identify sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong emotional intelligence and social awareness.
- Ability to read personalities and know when to engage, listen, or sell.
- Comfortable in a premium hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for customer research, CRM management, and sales planning.
- Focus on building trust rather than pressuring customers.
