About the role
Ardova Plc is a leading Nigerian energy company with over 450 retail outlets. We are looking for a Retail Station Manager in Benue to drive the operations of our company-operated station. As the key leader on-site, you will be responsible for EHSSQ, sales, and customer service, ensuring all financial and human assets are coordinated to meet company goals.
Responsibilities
- Safety & Standards: Maintain high standards for product quality, customer experience, and station cleanliness.
- Sales & Operations: Manage inventory, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure sales and financial objectives are met.
- Data Management: Use reporting platforms to track sales, inventory, and P&L, and ensure timely reconciliation of reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Protect the company’s reputation and maintain effective liaison with internal and external partners.
- People Management: Ensure all station personnel follow the Station Operation Procedure.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or a degree in a related field.
- 4-5 years of working experience.
- Strong leadership, time management, and personnel effectiveness skills.
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry dynamics and business acumen.
- Proficiency in computer skills and written/oral communication.
