We specialise in greeting cards, gift wraps, elegant gift bags, paper bags, curated gift hampers, and thoughtful gifts for different occasions. Responsibilities
- Handle payments, maintain sales records, and monitor stock.
- Take product photos and videos for social media.
- Promote products and convert online enquiries into sales.
- Create and publish Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels.
- Write engaging captions and respond to customer enquiries via Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Attend to customers, recommend products, and drive sales.
- Keep the store clean, organised, and attractive.
- Sell greeting cards, gift wraps, gift bags, hampers, and other gift items.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE; OND or equivalent is an advantage.
- Good communication, basic computer, and smartphone skills.
- Canva or other basic design skills are an advantage.
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must have an interest in sales, gifts, and social media marketing.
- Must be familiar with Instagram, including posts, Stories, and Reels.
- Must be honest, presentable, proactive, organised, and customer-focused.
