BrandCo Nigeria Limited is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Lagos. This is a full-time position with four openings available across different mall locations. The role focuses on overseeing daily retail operations, maximizing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The monthly salary for this position is ₦209,989.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate sales, inventory, and customer reports.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
