Castel Resources Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in Enugu. This full-time position involves leading staff, maintaining service standards, managing resources, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate restaurant staff while monitoring performance.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, sales, and operational expenses.
- Handle customer concerns and prepare operational reports for management.
Requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory hospitality role.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- B.Sc, HND, or OND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff management.
