About the role
J-Six Group is a multi-industry company with eight locations in Lagos State, operating in FMCG distribution, agribusiness, and quick service restaurants. We are currently seeking three Restaurant Cashiers to join our team in Lekki Phase 1, Ijora, and Abijo. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and managing daily transactions.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders at the counter.
- Pack food items neatly and efficiently.
- Handle customer concerns with patience, especially during peak hours.
- Manage the register, including cash and credit card operations.
- Receive payments and provide accurate change.
- Ensure the register balance is correct at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Must hold an OND qualification.
- Ability to work flexibly on a shift basis.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with transaction machines.
- Strong mathematical and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer relations skills with a focus on customer priority.
- At least 1 year of prior experience in a fast-food restaurant is an advantage.
- Candidates must reside in the Lekki, Ijora, or Abijo axis, as accommodation is not provided.
