In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt product delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
