Dangote Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Officer to join their team in Kebbi State. In this position, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt product delivery to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales work experience.
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
