About the role
OmniRetail Africa is looking for energetic and target-driven professionals to help grow their retail lending business. The company aims to accelerate progress for trade value chain stakeholders by unlocking access to services and working capital. There are three openings available for this full-time position in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Acquire retailers, merchants, and SME customers.
- Promote working capital and asset financing solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits and networking.
- Support customer onboarding and loan disbursement.
- Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in field sales, banking, fintech, lending, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and target-driven sales.
