About the role
Stanbic IBTC Bank is looking for a Relationship Manager to join its Commercial Banking team in Lagos. This is a full-time position where you will be accountable for a portfolio of commercial clients. The role focuses on companies with an annual turnover of at least N2 billion (Tier 2) or N5 billion (Tier 1).
Your main goal is to integrate and coordinate Stanbic IBTC and Standard Bank Group products and services. You will work to maximize the value of business relationships while ensuring profitability for both the bank and the client.

Requirements
- A first degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relationship management experience in Corporate Banking.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of relationship management experience in a commercial bank.
- Cognate experience in sales and customer relationship management to drive profitability.
