We provide health plans to individuals, families, and corporate organizations to ensure access to quality healthcare services. We are looking for a Regional Sales & Business Manager for the Southwest Region. This full-time position reports to the Group Head of Sales. You will have full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility, driving regional growth, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee client onboarding, claims coordination, and provider network relationships to ensure high service quality.
  • Business Development: Execute regional business plans, acquire corporate and retail clients, and identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Leadership: Mentor staff, establish KPIs, and foster collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Medical Services teams.
  • Financial Management: Manage regional budgets, ensure timely premium collections, and optimize costs while reporting performance to senior management.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead sales teams, implement pricing strategies, and monitor competitors to reduce customer churn.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to NHIS regulations and maintain strong engagement with industry stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Management, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years’ progressive experience in HMO or health insurance.
  • At least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong understanding of HMO operations, healthcare provider management, and NHIS regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and P&L management.
