About the role
Simba Group is a Pan-Nigeria conglomerate operating in transportation, power, and IT-enabled services. We are looking for a Regional Marketing Executive to join our team in Enugu or Port Harcourt. This full-time position reports to the Regional Marketing Lead and focuses on executing marketing activities to generate qualified leads and support dealers across the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Implement approved regional marketing plans by coordinating timelines and resources.
- Execute dealer activations, product demonstrations, roadshows, and local partnerships.
- Generate, qualify, and accurately record customer and trade enquiries in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with regional Sales teams to monitor lead acceptance and follow-up.
- Support priority dealers with point-of-sale materials and local promotions.
- Monitor brand visibility across dealer locations and showrooms.
- Conduct market visits to gather competitor information and customer feedback.
- Track marketing expenditure and submit accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in field, trade, channel, or brand marketing.
- Experience supporting dealers or distributor-led marketing programmes.
- Exposure to the automotive, mobility, aftermarket, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
- Proficiency in maintaining lead and expenditure records using spreadsheets or CRM systems.
- Ability to reside in the assigned territory and travel frequently within the region.
