About the role
Moniepoint Incorporated is a global business payments and banking platform that serves over 600,000 businesses. We are looking for a Regional Lead, Client Implementation to join our team in Rivers State.
In this role, you will lead a regional team of Implementation Agents. Your goal is to drive the strategic execution of Moniebook’s customer onboarding program. You will ensure that new retail customers are successfully activated, trained, and transitioned into confident, long-term users.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and retain a regional team of Implementation Agents.
- Set performance goals aligned with activation rates, time-to-value, and retention targets.
- Design scalable onboarding frameworks to manage growing customer volumes.
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex technical issues or onboarding stalls.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Track and analyze team performance data, including CSAT scores and churn metrics.
- Continuously review and refine onboarding processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field.
- 4 – 6 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or implementation roles.
- At least 2–3 years in a team lead or people management capacity.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve activation and retention targets.
- Strong people leadership and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
