About the role
First Bank of Nigeria Limited is seeking a Regional Area General Services Coordinator for the North region. This full-time position focuses on managing infrastructure, maintenance, and property projects across the assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for bank equipment with approved vendors.
- Coordinate new branch construction, renovations, relocations, and refurbishments.
- Monitor project teams to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and budget adherence.
- Supervise vendors and contractors for building maintenance and critical systems like generators and CCTV.
- Manage lease renewals, property negotiations, and statutory bill payments.
- Prepare regional General Services reports and conduct mandatory branch visitations.
- Lead space optimization exercises and ensure branch ambience meets corporate standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in facilities and infrastructure management.
- Preferably experience in the financial sector.
- Proven track record of project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
