About the role
Mirahub Limited is a service-oriented company based in Lagos, Nigeria, that manages mobile device collection and service points. The company supports the repair ecosystem for brands like TECNO, Infinix, and itel by supplying quality screens and accessories to repair centers and retailers. We are looking for a proactive Recycling Officer to join our nationwide device recycling program on a full-time, remote basis.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, collecting, and managing damaged mobile phone panels from repair centers, technicians, and dealers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and recycling partners.
- Ensuring efficient collection processes and maintaining accurate records of inventory movements.
- Coordinating logistics for the safe transportation of collected panels to designated hubs.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Preparing periodic reports on collection activities, volumes, and market trends.
- Monitoring competitor activities to identify opportunities to increase collection volumes.
- Inspecting and sorting collected panels according to company guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of mobile phone components and the repair ecosystem is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in field operations, procurement, recycling, logistics, sales, or business development is an advantage.
