About the role
Pixelpulse Viralchemy International Limited is seeking an energetic and eager-to-learn Recruitment Intern to join their team. This 6-month internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is required, as the company will train and guide you through the necessary skills. The position is based in Lagos but is fully remote, with an immediate start date.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily talent sourcing tasks and recruitment activities under guidance.
- Review resumes and screen applicants against job requirements.
- Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Learn how to find top talent across various platforms.
- Understand recruitment KPIs and tracking tools.
Requirements
- Open-minded, coachable, highly disciplined, and strictly follows instructions.
- Full-time availability to dedicate to daily tasks for 6 months.
- Ready to start immediately.
- No recruitment experience required; a passion to learn is essential.
- Comfortable with an unpaid learning internship structure offering a N10,000 monthly data allowance.
