About the role
Alpha Mead Group is a Total Real Estate Solutions Company providing business support services to local and international investors. We are looking for a Recruitment Analyst to join our team in Lagos. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting the company’s growth in facilities management, development, and advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and other pre-employment activities.
- Develop and publish compelling job adverts.
- Manage recruitment activities from job requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined requirements.
- Support continuous improvement and digitization of recruitment processes.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to support hiring decisions.
- Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records using our ATS.
Requirements
- First Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analytics.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau for data analysis is an added advantage.
