About the role
Liquor ETC is a leading online distributor of cognac, spirits, wine, and accessories in Nigeria. Established in 2021, the company is based in the heart of Lekki and is known for its fast and reliable service. We are looking for a Receptionist / Guest Experience Officer to join our team as an NYSC Corps Member. This role focuses on providing seamless customer service and maintaining a professional front desk presence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on guest requests.
- Explain apartment rules, Wi-Fi access, and available services to guests.
- Respond promptly to calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest inquiries.
- Confirm guest reservations, payments, and identification.
- Provide a welcoming and professional guest experience at all times.
- Follow up to ensure reported guest issues and requests are resolved.
- Maintain accurate guest, visitor, and shift records.
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Complete proper handovers at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Escalate maintenance, housekeeping, and security issues to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with guests.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Previous experience in front-desk, hospitality, or customer-service roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
- Preferably a current NYSC Corps Member or eligible to serve under the NYSC programme.
