About the role
LEAM Consulting Limited is hiring a Receptionist for a hospitality client in Ibadan. This is a full-time position with a shift-based schedule (one day on, one day off). The role is central to the guest experience, ensuring visitors feel welcome and their needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
- Assisting guests with hotel reservations.
- Processing credit card transactions for lodging, room service, and other hotel services.
- Addressing guest requests and resolving complaints.
- Maintaining accurate records of guest charges.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or OND in a relevant discipline.
