About the role
RK Consults is supporting a client to recruit a commercially driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive/Marketer. This full-time position is based in Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT). The role focuses on supporting property sales and marketing operations by generating leads, engaging clients, and converting prospects into sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, social media, and direct prospecting.
- Engage prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations for buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions while meeting assigned targets.
- Support marketing activities via social media, field marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital team by providing property information and media assets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant sales or marketing experience.
- Previous experience in real estate sales or property marketing is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer relationship skills.
