About the role
Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is seeking a proactive Real Estate Marketer to help drive property sales and build lasting client relationships. This full-time hybrid position is based in Sangotedo, Lagos. The ideal candidate will use effective marketing and business development strategies to meet sales targets and generate quality leads.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Negotiate property deals and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase property sales.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations for potential clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate property sales and investment leads.
- Market and promote the company’s real estate properties across various channels.
- Understand clients’ property needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
