About the role
Sinogera Limited is recruiting a Real Estate Growth Manager to serve as the senior executive responsible for scaling the business and managing daily operations. This position acts as the Managing Director’s second-in-command, balancing operational efficiency with strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Growth & Business Development: Source new land and property opportunities, build a network of agents and buyers, and execute growth strategies with clear revenue targets.
- Operations & Delivery: Oversee project execution, manage contractors, track title regularization processes, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Financial & Compliance: Liaise with the accounts team on budgets, prepare regular performance reports for the Managing Director, and ensure compliance with the Land Use Act and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Law, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in real estate, business development, or operations management.
- Working knowledge of Nigerian land title processes, including Certificate of Occupancy and Governor’s Consent.
- High proficiency in project tracking tools and standard office software.
